When you're eligible for a refund
We want every student to feel safe ordering. You can request a refund in any of these situations:
- No tutor assigned. If we cannot find a suitable tutor for your order, you receive a full refund.
- Late delivery caused by us. If we miss the agreed deadline and the delay is our fault, you're entitled to a partial refund proportionate to the delay.
- Work doesn't match the brief. If, after a free revision, the work still doesn't meet your original instructions, you may request a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances.
- Confirmed plagiarism. If a credible plagiarism report shows the work isn't original, we rewrite it free or issue a full refund.
- Duplicate or accidental payment. Charged twice? We refund the duplicate immediately.
What isn't covered
So our promise stays fair to everyone, refunds are not available when:
- The completed work meets the brief and instructions you provided.
- A revision is requested that changes the original instructions (we'll happily quote this as new work).
- Late delivery was caused by missing information or delayed responses on your side.
- A grade outcome differs from a personal expectation that wasn't agreed in writing.
How to request a refund
- Open the order in your dashboard and use the chat to raise the issue.
- Tell us what's wrong and reference the part of your original brief affected.
- We review every request individually, usually within 48 hours.
- Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
